Wayne’s piano service was excellent. As a small business owner, it was refreshing to meet someone who values great customer service. First, he answered my phone call while he was on vacation, and was very polite and answered all of my questions. When he came out to tune my piano, he made me aware of any and all issues that could affect the tuning which I appreciated. He was very polite, professional and had great communication. I have not had my piano tuned in over 10 years, and now after Wayne's Tuning Service took the time and expertise to tune my piano, it sounds as good as new. My daughter and I are both ecstatic!!! She played a recording of her playing a while back and the differences in a tuned piano compared to the sound before is amazing!!
